On Wednesday December 7th at 08:30, the sixth annual Nordic Buy Out Forum will take place at Radisson Blu Scandinavia Hotel in Oslo. The NVCA is proud to co-host the event alongside law firm Wiersholm.
This year we have an outstanding line-up of speakers, covering value creation in the digital age, investment insights, market developments and the art of deal-making.
The keynote speech will be delievered by Guhan Subramanian, professor at both Harvard Law School and Harvard Business School, who will share his world-renowned insights on deal process design. This is Professor Subramanian's first visit to the Nordics, and it is made possible by contributions from our keynote sponsors Altor, BCG and Danske Bank.
